What you get

Everything you need

Multi-stage cycles

Each stage has its own form and its own confidentiality rule. Reviewers see the self-review for context.

360 feedback

Self, peer, manager, and upward reviews in one cycle.

Calibration

Managers rank against one rubric, with a value score, a confidence indicator, and the signals behind each.

Confidential mode

Hide who gave the feedback, and set release rules before anything is shown.

Continuous feedback

Feedback any time of the year, in the app or in Slack, not only at review season.

Kudos on the record

Each kudos lands on the person's profile, next to their feedback, so a review has a year of evidence.

One less subscription

What it replaces

Every OrgOrg app is free for teams of 5 or fewer. Past that, Pro is $10 per member per month for the whole suite, not per app.

FAQ

Questions before you start

Is it really free?

Yes, for teams of 5 or fewer, with no credit card. Past 5 members, Pro is $10 per member per month, and that covers every OrgOrg app.

How does a 360 cycle work?

A cycle collects input on each person from themselves, their peers, their manager, and their reports. Each stage has its own form and confidentiality rule.

Is feedback anonymous?

Confidential mode hides the giver from the recipient. Release rules can require a threshold of responses before any feedback is shown.

Does it work with Slack?

Yes. People can give feedback and get their requests in Slack.
