Why Us

Built by founders who've done it before.Built for founders doing it now.

We made the early mistakes — the wrong hires, the tools that didn't talk to each other, the months lost to work that wasn't the product. OrgOrg is what we wish we'd had.

We want to help the next wave of founders build successful startups.

You built the product. Now build the company.

AI made building a product faster than it has ever been. More people can ship something real in a weekend. But a product isn't a company — and the work of turning one into the other hasn't gotten any easier.

That's the gap we close. OrgOrg gives founders one dashboard to stay focused and a full suite of apps to run the company around their product — so their time goes to customers, not to stitching together a dozen tools.

And we're honest about our incentives. We're not optimizing for our own profit maximization — we're optimizing for your success, while staying healthy enough to keep building for you. We give away as much as we can to small startups, and only charge once you've scaled and can afford it.

The people

A team that's actually done it.

Founders who've taken companies from an idea to acquisition, product leaders from Pinterest and Google, and engineers from Meta, Google, and Box. We've sat in your chair — that's the whole point.

Founder & CEO

A three-time Y Combinator founder — and now one of the people on the other side of the table. As a Visiting Group Partner at Y Combinator, Wayne mentors each new batch of founders through the earliest, hardest stretch of building a company, and advises startups well beyond it. He founded OrgOrg (YC S24), co-founded Humu, and co-founded Zenter (YC S07), which Google acquired to build what became Google Slides. Along the way he built and led at Google, Amazon, and GoDaddy. Few people have seen the founder journey — from first commit, to acquisition, to guiding the next wave — from as many angles, and that hard-won perspective is wired into every part of OrgOrg.

Product Lead

A product leader who's spent 25 years building consumer technology used by billions of people — at startups and the world's largest platforms alike. She was Chief Product Officer at Pinterest, leading product for a global community of over 500 million users, and a VP at Google, where she led Android — used by more than 4 billion people — and Google Pixel, whose camera AI reset the standard for smartphone photography. Earlier she was VP of Product at Kosmix, acquired by Walmart to found Walmart Labs, and held senior roles at Yahoo. Sabrina turns early ideas into products the world loves.

IT, Security & Operations

The operator who builds the foundation a startup runs on. Lynn has repeatedly been the first IT and security hire — she built company-wide IT at Humu as it grew from 50 to 115 people, and drove a full SOC 2 audit in a single month at SigmaSquared. She's known for cutting software spend through hard-nosed vendor work while keeping teams happy, and she cares about culture as much as infrastructure.

Sales & GTM

A go-to-market engineer and revenue leader who's spent the last decade in the trenches with founders — helping them raise over $100M, close over $80M in revenue, and scale technical and business teams tenfold. She started as a systems engineer at Cisco, and pairs that technical grounding with a genuine love of people and productivity tools. Sara turns early interest into a sales motion that scales past founder-led selling.

Software

A builder with a founder's instincts. Nils founded MCMetrics and is studying computer science at UC Davis while writing software at OrgOrg. Drawn to software, drones, and startups, he's exactly the wave of young, AI-native founders OrgOrg is built for — proof you can start building the company early.

What we believe

How we build, and why it's different.

01

Your success first

Most software is priced to extract as much as possible. We give away everything we can to small startups and only charge for what has real cost to us. When you grow, we grow — not before.

02

One suite, not separate stacks

The tools you'd otherwise buy separately — booking, screen recording, links, status, feedback, recognition — in one place, tuned to your stage. Dozens of apps that talk to each other, so nothing slips through the cracks between vendors.

03

Culture and alignment win

Teams with a solid culture, pointed at the same goals, simply deliver better results. OrgOrg is built to keep everyone connected, heard, and aligned as you grow — because that's what compounds into a company that lasts.

04

On the path to profitability

We're not profitable yet — and we're working to get there so we can keep helping founders for the long run. But we won't price to maximize profit. Sustainable is the goal; extractive isn't.

You built the product.

Now build the company.

Free to start — the full suite, up to 5 people. Fair as you grow.
