Is it really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 100 SMS or voice pages a month, and the Pro plan includes 1,000. Slack and web pages are never counted.

How does escalation work?

If the person on call does not acknowledge a page in the time you set, it goes to the next person: up the manager chain, or along a path you choose.

Can my monitoring open incidents?

Yes. Make an API token for the rotation and send incidents to it from your alerts.

Do I have the full suite too?
