The Gusto integration brings the people, the teams, and the manager of each person from Gusto into OrgOrg. Profiles, the org chart, and the groups by rule stay current with payroll. Connect it once from Settings, choose the fields to sync, and new hires appear as Gusto adds them.

What connects

People: each employee in Gusto gets a profile in OrgOrg, with the fields you choose to sync.
Managers: the manager of each person in Gusto draws the reporting line in the org chart.
Teams: the departments of Gusto become groups in OrgOrg, and a roster rule can read them.
Changes: a hire, a title change, or a departure in Gusto reaches OrgOrg without a second entry.

How to set it up

Open the Gusto tile. In OrgOrg, go to Settings, then Connectors, and click Connect on the Gusto tile to connect an existing Gusto account.
Authorize in Gusto. Enter your Gusto credentials and click Authorize. Gusto sends you back to OrgOrg.
Choose the fields. OrgOrg shows the list of fields it can sync. Choose the ones you want on the profiles, and the first sync runs.
Map the people. A person who exists in both tools is matched by email. Review the mapping once, and later changes follow it.
